Containers Pro

Terms of Service

Terms of Service

Welcome to Containers Pro (containerspro.tech). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of our shipping containers. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Product Descriptions & Grades

Containers Pro sells both new and used shipping containers.

  • Condition Standards: “Used” containers (e.g., Wind & Watertight or Cargo Worthy) will have surface rust, dents, and original shipping labels. These are aesthetic issues and do not constitute a defect unless they compromise the structural integrity or “watertight” status of the unit.

  • Representations: Images on our website are representative of the “Grade” of the container. Unless a “Specific Unit” is purchased, the color and exact dent pattern may vary from the photo.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • Quotes: All quotes provided are valid for 48 hours unless otherwise stated, due to fluctuations in steel prices and inventory.

  • Payment: Full payment is required before delivery is scheduled. We accept Bank Transfer and Credit Card Payments

3. Delivery Requirements (Crucial)

Delivery is a collaborative process. By placing an order, the Customer agrees to the following:

  • Site Preparation: The Customer is responsible for ensuring the drop site is level, clear of debris, and firm enough to support a truck weighing up to 45,000 lbs.
  • Clearance: The delivery route must have at least 14 feet of overhead clearance (watch for low branches and power lines) and 12 feet of width.
  • Failed Delivery: If a driver arrives and determines the site is unsafe or inaccessible, the Customer will be charged a “Dry Run” fee (typically the cost of freight) and/or a redelivery fee.
  • Property Damage: Containers Pro and its subcontractors are not liable for damage to soft ground, driveways, sidewalks, or underground utilities (septic, sprinklers) during the delivery process.
  •

4. Inspection and Acceptance

  • On-Site Inspection: The Customer (or a designated representative) must be present at the time of delivery to inspect the container.

  • Sign-Off: Once the container is offloaded and the Bill of Lading is signed, the sale is considered final. Any claims for damage or “not as described” must be made before the driver leaves the site.

5. Cancellations and Returns

  • Cancellations: Orders cancelled after a truck has been dispatched are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of outward and return freight.
  • Refunds: Due to the high cost of logistics, we do not offer returns once a container has been successfully delivered and accepted.
  •

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Containers Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or damage to stored goods) arising from the use or failure of the container. Our total liability is limited strictly to the purchase price of the container.
