1. Returns & Refunds Policy

At Containers Pro (containerspro.tech), we provide large, heavy freight items that require specialized logistics. Due to the nature of these products, our return policy differs from standard retail.

Please review the terms below before placing your order.


Order Cancellations

  • Before Dispatch:
    Orders may be canceled for a full refund, minus a 3% payment processing fee, provided the container has not been dispatched.
  • After Dispatch:
    Once a truck has been dispatched, cancellations may incur a 20% restocking fee plus outbound shipping costs.

Inspection at Delivery

Customers must inspect the container at the time of delivery.

  • You may inspect the unit while on the truck or immediately after placement
  • If the container does not match the purchased grade, you may refuse delivery

If a valid issue is identified:

  • A replacement will be provided OR
  • A full refund will be issued at no additional cost

Returns After Delivery

Due to the nature of heavy freight logistics:

  • Returns are not accepted after delivery has been completed and accepted
  • Customers are responsible for inspecting the container before signing the delivery receipt

Exception:
If a hidden structural defect is discovered within 7 days of delivery, please contact us with photo or video evidence for review.


Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Modified containers (painted, cut, or altered)
  • Custom-built units
  • Shipping and delivery fees once service has been completed

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Returns & Refunds Policy

At Containers Pro (containerspro.tech), we strive to provide high-quality storage and shipping solutions. Because of the extreme logistics, weight, and transportation costs associated with shipping containers, our return policy is stricter than traditional retail.

Please read the following terms carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Order Cancellations

  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order for a full refund (minus a 3% credit card processing fee) as long as the container has not yet been loaded onto a truck for delivery.
  • After Dispatch: Once a truck has been dispatched to the depot to pick up your container, the order cannot be canceled without incurring a 20% Restocking Fee plus the cost of the outward freight.

2. Inspection at Delivery (The "Reject" Rule)

The most important moment for a return is at the time of delivery.

  • Your Right to Inspect: You have the right to inspect the container while it is still on the truck or immediately upon being set down.
  • Refusal for Quality: If the container does not meet the “Grade” you purchased (e.g., you paid for Wind & Watertight but there is a daylight hole in the roof), you may refuse the delivery.
  • Resolution: If you refuse a delivery for a valid quality reason, we will either send a replacement unit or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

3. Returns After Delivery

All sales are final once the driver leaves the delivery site. Due to the high cost of specialized heavy-haul trucking, we do not accept returns or “change of mind” exchanges once the container has been successfully delivered and accepted.

  • Exception: If a hidden structural defect is discovered within 7 days of delivery that was not visible during the initial inspection, please contact us immediately with photo/video evidence.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Modified Containers: Any unit that has been painted, cut, or modified by the customer.

  • Custom Builds: Containers with custom doors, windows, or electrical kits installed by Containers Pro at the customer’s request.

  • Delivery Fees: Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable once the service has been attempted.

5. Refund Process

  • Approval: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the credit to your account.
